We ship internationally. Most orders will be sent out within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays). For our handmade pieces, every item is made per order so please allow 2-3 business days for your jewelry to be made. A shipment confirmation will be emailed once your package is on it's way.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
**For orders outside of United States, your package may take longer due to customs procedures in other countries. Please note that USPS does not offer tracking information for orders outside of U.S.
**Kiani Collection can not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses.
**Once the package has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Customers must contact their local post office for any status updates.
All shipping is done by USPS and sent from Los Angeles.
Only damaged merchandise will be returned. Please contact us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your items. We will NOT accept any returns past our 2 day mark. We feel it's unfair to bend rules for any customer and therefore we will not.
Once your return is authorized, please ship your package using a trackable shipping method. We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages. Keep tracking details for your records.
We do not cover any shipping fees for returns, the cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Due to always changing availability, we do not offer product exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, you can return your product and be issued store credit to purchase your replacement item.
We urge you to please not place an order unless you feel you can abide by this policy.
